With more than 31 years of experience in leadership development, workforce capability and vocational education, Lynne is passionate about helping individuals, organisations and communities build the skills needed to thrive in an evolving global workforce.
Since establishing Australasian Leadership Academy (ALA) in 2010, Lynne has led the development of innovative leadership, project management and workforce capability solutions that combine nationally recognised Australian qualifications, professional development and flexible digital learning pathways.
Today, Lynne is leading ALA's international growth, building strategic partnerships across Australia and India to support leadership excellence, future skills and workforce capability. Through collaborations with industry, universities, professional bodies and government stakeholders, she is committed to creating meaningful opportunities that strengthen organisations, develop future leaders and support lifelong learning.
As Founder of Your New Leaf and Your New Leaf Foundation, Lynne also champions wellbeing, resilience and career transition initiatives, believing that professional success is built on both capability and personal growth.
